Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Please note that any associated shipping costs are not subject to refund.
We recommend shipping merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend the customer requests adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement, or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements according to our sole discretion.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Your refund will be processed when the item is received and determined to be unworn and unaltered in any way. Please note that after processing, refunds may take 2-5 business days to be credited to your original form of payment.
Please note that custom orders are ineligible for refunds and exchanges.
